I am a bilingual and bicultural Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) licensed in California and Washington, offering psychotherapy services since 2004.
My work is driven by a deep interest in human behavior and a passion for supporting individuals and families across diverse backgrounds. My primary focus is client well-being, and I strive to build collaborative, trust-based relationships. Together, my clients and I work as a team to foster self-understanding and improve overall quality of life.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University (Summa Cum Laude). Having been born and raised in Mexico City and lived in the U.S. for many years, my background and ability to provide therapy in Spanish allow me to deeply connect with and serve culturally diverse populations, particularly the Latino community. I also bring extensive experience from my work in schools and community mental health clinics.
